Website care for Worcester small businesses for £49 a month

Routine upkeep, sensible checks and a clear place to ask for help. Send requests in writing and receive written updates; there is no need to arrange a call unless you want one.

£49 per month. Site platform, access and the included care scope are confirmed before the plan starts.

A practical care plan

For the jobs that should not be left indefinitely

A small business website still needs attention after launch. The care plan gives it a regular maintenance route and gives you somewhere to send manageable website requests.

  • Routine software updates where the platform allows them
  • Basic security and availability checks
  • Small content changes within the agreed monthly scope
  • Practical guidance when a website issue or question appears

How it works

Support without another meeting in your calendar

01 · Fit check

Send the website

Share the URL, platform if known and the kind of help you usually need. Initial fit is handled in writing.

02 · Scope

Confirm what is covered

Access, existing site condition and reasonable monthly tasks are agreed before you commit.

Included with care

Maintenance-sized work

The plan is intended for keeping a suitable existing site healthy and current. Small updates and routine attention fit here.

Quoted separately

Projects and external costs

Major redesigns, new functionality, emergency recovery from a pre-existing compromise, and paid hosting, licences, plugins or third-party services are not silently folded into £49. If something sits outside the plan, it is explained before work begins.

Questions

Website care FAQs

Can we do everything without a call?

Yes. The fit check, scope, routine requests and updates can all be handled through the contact form and email. Calls are optional.

Will every website work with the plan?

Not automatically. The platform, access and current condition need a quick review first. If the site needs repair or rebuilding before routine care makes sense, that will be explained in writing.

Are hosting and paid software included?

No. Hosting, domains, premium plugins, licences and other third-party charges remain separate unless a written scope says otherwise.

Does £49 cover a redesign or large new feature?

No. The plan covers ongoing care-sized work. Larger projects are scoped and priced separately before any work is undertaken.
